What We Do

WE HELP FAMILIES IN CRISIS
This non-profit ministry provides holistic healthcare for Etowah County families in crisis that are uninsured and ineligible for state or federal benefits, etc. Medical and Non-medical Volunteers work together to more efficiently treat the working poor, disabled and other families in crisis who have no other way of paying for healthcare.

WE EMPOWER FAMILIES

EFCC offers holistic care and empower them to become actively involved in their healthcare. Patients receive education and instruction on managing their conditions and understanding the disease process. We also assist patients in resolving issues through a variety of services including, but not limited to, nutrition counseling, budget classes, individual counseling and case management. The Prescription Resource Network provides free prescription medication through the pharmaceutical companies so that patients are able to follow the physician’s recommended treatment.
