DATE THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED:
Community Care, Inc. was established in 2003.
The EFCC opened on January 17, 2005.
The Etowah Free Community Clinic is now taking applications in screening for eligibility for healthcare services. Eligible patients will be those that are uninsured with income at 200% or below of the federal poverty guidelines, and ineligible for Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, etc. For more information, call 546-3456.
